Philips Unit, BSO/Origin Merge

AMSTERDAM-Philips Electronics NV said it is merging its Communications & Processing Services division with Software Company BSO/Origin BV.
The new company, Origin, will be launched in early 1996 and is expected to have annual turnover of some two billion guilders 81.25 billion) and 10,000 employees, Philips said.
